IMPAC Engineering
IMPAC Engineering was registered in Nigeria in 1997
as the Nigerian arm of IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH (IMPaC Germany). In May 2013, Nestoil acquired IMPaC Oil and Gas Limited. Following the acquisition, IMPaC Nigeria became 100% wholly owned by Nigerians.
IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH in conjunction with IMPAC Engineering Limited have collaborated successfully in the execution of Onshore and Offshore, Brownfield and Greenfield projects in Nigeria.
