Location: Warri

Purpose Provide real-time subsurface surveillance and wellbore integrity support during workovers and drilling.

Responsibilities

•Geology: Monitor cuttings, mud logs, GR/resistivity; correlate to offset wells; advise on perforation depths, sand tops, potential losses or over-pressured zones.

•PE: Update well schematics; calculate inflow potential, skin, lift performance; recommend perforation strategy, stimulation needs, and clean-up parameters.

•Validate plug setting depths, cement top verification, and zonal isolation diagnostics; QA wireline/PLT/DST data.

•Generate subsurface sections for DOR, support change management for depth or target updates.

KPIs

•Accurate depth picks/perf windows; reduced non-productive perforations; quality PLT/DST interpretation.

Qualifications

•6–10 yrs wellsite geology and/or PE; familiarity with brownfield sands, swamp reservoirs, and workover diagnostics.
