Location: Warri

Purpose Assure quality of equipment, materials, and critical operations on the rig.

Responsibilities

•Enforce inspection & test plans (ITPs); witness FAT/SIT where required; verify CoCs/MTRs for tubulars, wellhead, BOP, elastomers.

•Oversee running procedures for casing/tubing; confirm drifts, tallies, torque/turn graphs, connection make-up acceptance criteria.

•Validate mud checks, cement slurry QA (density, rheology, free-fluid, thickening time), and lab results.

•Audit permits, JSAs, and lifting plans; verify calibration of gauges, load cells, torque equipment, and flow meters.

KPIs

•Zero critical QA escapes; complete and signed QC dossiers per well; non-conformances closed within SLA.

Qualifications

•8+ yrs QA/QC in drilling/completions; familiarity with API/ISO for OCTG, BOP, wellheads; BOSIET/HUET.
