Location: Warri

Purpose 

Lead all completion/workover operations end-to-end (slickline/wireline, sand-control, ESP/GLV installs, perforations, zonal isolation, clean-up).

Responsibilities

•Validate completion designs (upper/lower, Packers, SSDs, ICDs), tubing movement calcs, setting depths, torque/drag, and well barrier envelopes.

•Lead redress/pressure testing of completion assemblies; verify drift/tally/torque-turn data.

•Supervise perforating, acidizing, frac-packs/pump-downs (as applicable), inflow testing and handover to production.

•Manage interface with wireline, coil, well test, and production tech for clean-up and flowback.

KPIs

•First-time-right completion installs; zero barrier failures; clean-up to target rates/pressures; EOWR quality.

Qualifications

•7+ yrs completions/workovers; IWCF L4 (Well Services/Completions), BOSIET/HUET, H2S.
