Charlotte Essiet is currently the Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at AOS Orwell, one of the leading Indigenous Oilfield Servicing brands for Process Automation and Control, Wellbore Construction and Oil Country Tubular Goods In West Africa. A trained Engineer, Charlotte is a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional with more than 20 years national and international experience in the Oil and Gas sector. She has a successful track record for taking on cross-functional leadership roles in global conglomerates like Baker Hughes, Halliburton and a few others.

Her professional experience spans Business Strategy, Project and Process Management, Supply Chain Management and Business Consultancy & Analysis. Her problem-solving skills fuel her result-driven orientation and her constant thirst for knowledge. In addition to the 1000+ combined years of expertise that AOS Orwell has, Charlotte has in a very short time, brought in the added value of professionalism, creativity and innovation to the table.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lagos State University (LASU), an MBA in Engineering Business Management from Manchester Business School and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from Stanford Business School. In addition to this, she holds an Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership, Excellence and Corporate Governance from London School of Economics and Political Science.

Temitope Yusuff

Associate Director, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Temitope Yusuff is an Associate Director and a leader of the oil and gas industry group at PwC Nigeria. She has over 15 years of professional continuous experience,  leading the external audits of companies in various sectors of the Nigerian economy and building quality relationships with clients. She also spent 3 years with PwC Cote d’Ivoire.

She obtained a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics from the Lagos State University and an Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School. She also holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She was a serial prize winner of the ICAN exams, including a Presidential recognition by the President of Nigeria. She was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society for distinguished academic performance during her MBA.

Temitope is recognized for her active role in people development, deploying coaching techniques, both within and outside her organisation.

Beyond PwC, Temitope is an active member of her communities and believes in service to the people. She was Secretary of her estate resident association for 4 critical years, which were instrumental in positioning the estate as one of the best residential places in Lagos, Nigeria. She is also the Vice President of her MBA Class (during the program and now alumnus group).

Temitope speaks English, understands French and is currently learning Portuguese. She is married with 3 beautiful children.
